Cancellation Policy:
Guaranteed reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 21 days before the arrival date. Cancellations made after this date will incur a fee equivalent to 30% of the deposit for the scheduled hotel nights. A valid credit card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
Special Cancellation Policy:
Failure to show up for the reservation will result in a charge of 50% of the entire price. A valid credit card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
Limitation of Liability:
Ilion Luxury Studios & Apartments and its representatives are not liable for any loss of income, damages, or compensation, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the website.
Applicable Law – Jurisdiction:
Any disagreement or controversy between Ilion Luxury Studios & Apartments and the visitor/user related to the use of the website shall be governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki shall have jurisdiction.
